What customers say?

“ The pan con pollo is delicious, must have. The pupusas are amazing, and they have a variety to choose from. The wait time for food was 25 minutes on a busy Saturday. ”

“ This is a great little restaurant just south of Calstate Northridge. Way to create a seamless and safe dining experience during Covid. There are four tables outside for outdoor seating right underneath the shade so you can beat the heat. They are spread far enough apart for you to feel safe. They are very kind and fast for service. If you have any questions about the food, don’t be afraid to ask! The food is what really stands out here. Three pupusas for about $9, are about right for one person but if you are really hungry then go for more. They cook to orders so when the food comes out it comes out hot! Cutting into the pupusas, you can see the cheese pull away from the pupusa. It’s heaven. I’m a big fan off the jalapeño pupusa. Just a little bit of spice. If you are really hungry, then pair yours with platano con crema. The plantains are just the right amount of sweet. Eaten with the crema and beans make for a satisfying bite. ”

“ I love this place, the atmosphere is friendly, the food is delicious, Sonya is a great person, full of kindness. I love to eat quesadilla with my morning coffee, breakfasts and soup are amazing there. I will definitely come to this place again. ”

“ This place is pretty yummy:) we had the beans and cheese papusa, the garlic papusa, and also the potato papusa, and a corn tamale. Everything was really fresh and delicious, and the pickled cabbage and red sauce that comes with the papusas was very crisp, fresh, and flavorful. The tamale was not dry, which is always nice. Prices were a little expensive for papusas, but the tamale was pretty cheap. I'd come back for a papusa here:) really friendly service, and there is some parking out front. ”

“ Currently 2 hours away from this place and I still think about it all the time. The food is EXCEPTIONAL, the service is amazing, and the atmosphere is incredible. Their huevos rancheros are so delicious and beautifully made. Their food is made with so much love and it is reflected on the plates they serve. I would definitely recommend eating at this lovely place. ”

“ If you're craving authentic Salvadoran cuisine, this spot is a must-visit! Their pupusas are perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, served with fresh curtido and salsa. The menu also features delicious classics like yuca frita, platanos maduros, and hearty soups. With generous portions, affordable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere, this restaurant truly delivers. For the best pupusas and Salvadoran dishes near you, look no further ”

“ Had some of their fresh hibiscus juice and let me tell you it doesn't taste better than this. Not watered down and very rich, also had some of their fresh bread pudding and it was so tasty. Will definitely be back to try other stuff from their extensive menu. ”
